Oliver Metal Furniture Company’s Replacement Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products and follow an easy returns policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with the experience they have on our online furniture store at http://olivermetalfurniture.in

Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit (minimum chances being metal ), please immediately send us an email   within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:

• Order Number
• Name of the product received
• Date of delivery of the product
• Nature of damage and/or defect
• Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect

We do use robust packaging but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If we have a replacement available we will exchange it for you as soon as we can (available only in Mumbai), or we will offer you an alternative.

Returns and Exchanges

If you do not want the product for any reason other than those mentioned above, we will be happy to accept a return of the same if sent to the below mentioned address in its original packaging along with all the tags, stickers, warranty cards, documents etc as sent by the shipper.
